Tony Horton’s 10 Minute Trainer?

I bought the set at a garage sale for 15 bucks. It’s all complete the only thing Thats missing is the guide.
I was wondering how should I do the 3 daily exercises?
Should I do them like after or before meals like:
1 in the morning
1 in the afternoon
1 in the evening
Or should I do them 1 after the other with 10 minute breaks in between?
